Jim D. Wallace II, President: Jim Wallace, a career professional with over 24 years of service in military and commercial flight operations, safety, and security, currently serves as an advisor to the University of Illinois at Chicago on national policy and strategy for homeland security and public health. As a member of several Department of Defense task forces, Jim has developed programs supporting the nation’s strategy for the Global War on Terrorism. A recognized subject matter expert on Directed Energy weapon systems, his advisory experience includes membership on the USAF Directed Energy Task Force, the interagency Laser Eye Protection Task Force, and the Defense Science Board for Directed Energy Technology. Recent Federal agency consulting activities include DHS, FBI, FAA, DARPA, and Sandia National Laboratory. Mr. Wallace holds a MS in Management from the University of Maryland University College, a BS in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University, and is a graduate of Air War College. Jim is a rated Airline Transport Pilot with over 6000 flight hours in military and commercial aircraft.

Kevin R. McCarthy: Mr. McCarthy, a proven executive in the Homeland & National Security marketplace, currently serves as an advisory board member to Intigroup, a global partnership focused on defense, security and communications, with a specialization in integrating technologies across application and market boundaries. For the geospatial intelligence firm SPADAC, Inc., he serves as Senior Policy Advisor. Mr. McCarthy is a certified consultant to the Homeland Security Institute, and a member of the Aviation Safety & Security Working Group sponsored by The World Bank. A former command pilot for 27 years with a major U.S. airline, Mr. McCarthy has also served in numerous advisory and consultancy roles to both the public and private sector, including the U.S. Department of Defense and the Department of Homeland Security. While still an active pilot, Mr. McCarthy founded and directed the National Center for Aviation Security. He holds a BS degree in Earth & Space Science, and has received an advanced counterintelligence education at the CI Centre, Alexandria, VA. A 2003 graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and sworn federal officer, he is a member of the International Counter-Terrorism Officers Association.

Jay Barry: Maj Gen (Ret) Jay Barry has had a 35 year career of proven success in both his military and civilian professions. His military assignments include the reserve assistant to the Commander of the Air Force Reserve, Chairman of the Air Reserve Forces Policy Committee, Director of the Pentagon's Air Force Crisis Action Team, and Chairman of the DOD Laser Eye Protection Task Force. He personally orchestrated an OSD technology sharing policy with civilian agencies which set a new standard for cooperation in the Global War on Terrorism. DOD has recognized him as a subject matter expert in laser eye protection and directed energy weapons/countermeasures. He has consulted on aviation security issues to include MANPAD countermeasures and operations by civilian aircraft into hostile environments. Currently, he serves as President of Allied Defense Services International, a corporation which provides a full range of DOD related services to include executive level consultation on the training, deployment and employment of mobility assets worldwide. Gen Barry holds a MBA from the University of Utah School of Business and a BS degree from the United States Air Force Academy. A Viet Nam and Desert Storm combat veteran with 5000 hours of military flight time and over 15,000 flight hours for a major U.S. air carrier, Gen Barry continues to successfully serve in an advisory capacity at the senior executive level in both the military and civilian environment.
