A Strategy Steering Group, comprised of senior leaders with federal and corporate experience, can be tailored to the special needs of each assignment to assure we provide the right strategies and an effective plan to execute them.
Policy Development. Complex issues, requirements and other critical initiatives create a cloud of uncertainty in developing consistent security policies and procedures. We have expertise across the spectrum of national, state, and local homeland security issues, and the leadership to create meaningful policies. Our relationship with the University of Illinois at Chicago provides access to academia for development and verification of conclusions. We can produce white papers, talking points, and articles on key topics as needed. Additionally, we have individuals with the presence and credentials needed to provide advocacy and create awareness on a wide range of issues.
